HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Centennial Conference has announced the 2018 Fall Academic Honor Roll. With 72 student-athletes honored at Haverford, the Fords were well represented against the other schools from around the conference. The academic honor roll recognizes sophomores, juniors, and seniors who have a 3.40 cumulative grade point average or higher.
Field hockey led the Centennial Conference in Academic Honor Roll honorees for that sport with 14 student-athletes recognized. The Centennial Conference Championship winning men's cross country (16 selections) and men's soccer teams (12 selections) ranked second among their conference peers, as did women's cross country (13 selections) and women's soccer (13 selections).
Of those 72 student-athletes who were named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll, 16 were also represented on their All-Centennial Conference teams. Student-athletes earning both All-Centennial Conference honors and being selected to the academic honor roll were Dylan Gearinger (men's cross country), Ryan Herlihy (men's cross country), Greg Morgan (men's cross country), Graham Peet (men's cross country), Hannah Doll (women's cross country), Caroline Aronowitz (field hockey), Peter Baroff (men's soccer), Michael Carr (men's soccer), Ben Clark (men's soccer), Michael Iacono (men's soccer), Max Krieg (men's soccer), Kendra Griesman (women's soccer), Leanne Ludwick (women's soccer), Katie Safter (women's soccer), Lindsay Wytkind (women's soccer), and Sara Matsumura (volleyball).
