Why did you choose Haverford?
I found out about Haverford the summer after my junior year through contact with Coach Beccaria and after my first visit it really felt like the right place for me. The feel of the school, the academic caliber and the opportunity to play for a great baseball program really grabbed me.

What is your favorite team experience?
Winning the conference championship my freshman year has by far been my favorite experience. We had to win four games in a row and it was a total team effort. It was a really fun experience playing and especially celebrating back on campus.

Why did you choose to play a sport in college?
It was a dream since I was a little kid to play college baseball so when I got the opportunity it was a no brainer for me. I really love playing the game and wanted an opportunity to keep playing and improving. Getting the opportunity to play at a great school like Haverford made the choice even easier.

What does being a student-athlete mean to you?
Being a student-athlete means being just as committed to your team's goals as your own. At a school like Haverford where you truly have a balance between academics and athletics it can be a challenge but it is a great experience I wouldn't give up.

What makes Haverford unique?
The high level of academics combined with the commitment to and respect of the athletic program stands out to me as what makes Haverford unique. It's rare to find such a high level of both in one school.

What are your thoughts on the Honor Code?
The honor code is a really important part of what makes Haverford culture so unique. Before I came here I was a little skeptical that everyone would be so committed to it. I thought maybe some people would use it and others wouldn't, but everyone uses the Honor Code. The Honor Code has allowed my time here so far to be really special.
