HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College men's basketball program and head coach Patrick Doherty will be hosting a Prospect Day Clinic on Sunday, October 1 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The clinic will take place inside the Calvin J. Gooding '84 Arena on the Haverford College campus. The event is open to players entering grades 9-12 who aspire to play at the college level.
The clinic will feature drills and position skill work as well as three-on-three and five-on-five play. The sessions will be run as if each participant is a current member of our program, and all participants should expect high quality instruction, competition, and the opportunity to interact with the coaching staff and current players.
Cost for the clinic is $60 and will include a t-shirt. Online registration is available through the link above.
Head coach Patrick Doherty will be entering his first season at Haverford this season after spending the last eight years as an assistant coach at Lafayette under the Patriot League's all-time winningest coach, Fran O'Hanlon. Doherty spent his final two seasons at Lafayette as the associate head coach following the Leopards 2015 Patriot League Championship and subsequent NCAA Tournament appearance.
