Ben Beaver joined the Haverford College men’s soccer team as an assistant coach prior to the 2016 season. In this position, Beaver is involved in all facets of the program including practice planning, advanced scouting, and recruiting.

His impact on the sidelines was immediate as the Fords repeated as Centennial Conference Champions in 2016, becoming the first team in conference history to win the Centennial Conference regular season title and Centennial Conference Tournament title. Haverford also advanced to the NCAA Tournament second round as a regional host. The Fords went back to the Centennial Conference Tournament during the 2017 season with an overall record of 10-5-3.

Beaver came to Haverford after spending the 2015 season at Rosemont College where he was in charge of designing practices, recruiting, and scheduling.

A standout at Franklin & Marshall, Beaver helped lead the Diplomats to the Elite 8 during his 2013 All-American season. He is one of just five players to be named first-team All-Centennial Conference during each of his four seasons. He finished his Franklin & Marshall career as the program’s all-time leader in points, goals, and game-winning goals. Beaver graduated from Franklin & Marshall in 2014 with a degree in business, organizations, and society.
