HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College squash programs held their annual alumni/ae matches on Saturday, November 4 at the Gardener Integrated Athletic Center (GIAC) Squash Courts. On the men's side, 19 alumni returned to campus for the matches while six returned on the women's side.
The attendees for the men's matches included Charlie Michele '13, Nate Vestrich-Shade '16, Aaron Horwitz '17, Bret Marlowe '14, Chris Tyson '13, Justin Berlin '86, Alex Salton '08, John Cummings '14, Alex Spiliotes '12, Jon Nguyen '15, Will Greer '16, Alex Egilman '16, Arman Terzian '14, Peter Boal '13, Laurenson Ward '16, Robbie Thompson '12, Greg Palitz '75, Zef Konst '12, John Soroko '73, Ken Norris '74 and Greg Palitz '75. On the women's side, Samara Flug '15, Randee Johnson '13, Sabina Aliev '16, Isabel Agnew '17, Sarah Madigan '16, and Emilia Cobbs '17 all returned to campus.
The current men's team took a 15-3 victory over the alumni while the women prevailed 7-2 over the alumnae squad.
The Fords open up the 2017-18 regular season on Saturday, November 11 at the Navy Round Robin. The men's team will take on Fordham and Boston University (2:30/5 p.m.) while the women's squad takes on Boston University and Johns Hopkins (12/5 p.m.).
