HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College men's and women's squash teams hosted their annual alumni/ae matches on Saturday, November 17 at the GIAC Squash Courts.
On the men's side, 17 alumni were in attendance as John Soroko '73, Ken Norris '74, Greg Palitz '75, Alex Kent '84, Richard Titlebaum '84, Chris Tyson '13, Charlie Michele '13, John Cummings '14, Bret Marlowe '14, Alex Egilman '16, Will Greer '16, Jonathan Nguyen '16, Nathan Vestrich-Shade '16, Laurenson Ward '16, Aaron Horwitz '17, Zach Cole '18, and Peter Dudley '18 all returned to campus for the event.
On the women's side, nine alumnae attended with Randee Johnson '13, Alex Love '15, Avery Weisel '15, Ava Lichauco '16, Sarah Madigan '13, Isabel Agnew '17, Emilia Cobbs '17, Isabelle Gotuaco '18, and Olivia Franco '18 all participating on the afternoon.
The current men's side took an 11-1 victory over the alumni while the current women's side defeated the alumnae team 7-2.
Haverford returns to regular season action on December 1 at Vassar. The men's squad will face off with Colgate and No. 34 Vassar while the women will take on Denison and the No. 29 Brewers. The matches are slated to begin at 12:30 p.m in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
