Season Review: Men's Indoor Track & Field Posts Standout Year

Season Notes: Dylan Gearinger won the individual national championship in the 3,000 meters at the NCAA Division III Championships … Gearinger was named the Centennial Conference Outstanding Track Performer while Tom Donnelly was named the Centennial Conference Coach of the Year … Greg Morgan finished fifth in the mile at the NCAA Division III Championships, picking up an All-America certificate. … Haverford picked up 14 USTFCCCA All-Mideast Region certificates … The Fords ranked 11th in the USTFCCCA Program of the Year Standings.

Looking ahead: The rising senior class in 2018-19 will be headlined by a trio of Dylan GearingerGraham Peet and Greg Morgan, as the three each qualified for the NCAA championships. A strong distance and middle distance tradition will continue next winter. First-team All-Conference selection Gene Perry will help headline a talented sophomore class.  The Fords will be expected to compete for a Centennial Conference title yet again while making yet a further impact on the national landscape.
