The Haverford College athletic department handed out its end of the year awards and recognized all the amazing contributions from the student-athletes in the Class of 2020.
Ethan Gadra broke his own school record in the pole vault to claim individual gold while Haverford also continued its dominance of the distance medley relay.

Matt Katz earned Track Athlete of the Week honors for the third time this season, while Ethan Gadra was named Field Athlete of the Week after breaking the school record in the PV.

Katz competed at the NYC Division III Invitational on Friday at the prestigious NYC Armory complex, pacing a field of 34 runners in the 3,000 meter race.
Matt Katz (pictured) captured the event crown in the 3,000 meters, finishing in a career-best time of 8:34.01. Katz eclipsed his previous career indoor best by almost 22 seconds.
