Luke de Valpine clocked a personal-best 15:29.41, while Maiwald followed closely in 15:30.44 for a 1-2 finish in the 5,000 meters. De Valpine’s time also set the facility record for the event at the brand new Ott Center.
Reza Eshghi was the top Division III finisher in a competitive 3,000-meter field and set the season's fastest time in Division III. His performance ranks as the third-fastest in program history.
After capturing third-place in the Centennial Conference championships last season, the Haverford looks to build upon a season that saw six USTFCCCA All-Metro Region Certificates and eight Centennial Conference postseason awards.
Both the men’s and women’s indoor track & field teams will kick off their seasons in Collegeville, Pa., at the Ursinus Bow Tie Invitational on December 7, 2024.
