BRYN MAWR, Pa. - Twelve players hit the scoring column as the Haverford College women's basketball team ran past host Bryn Mawr College, 87-28, on Thursday night.

Nina Voith led the Fords' balanced attack with 16 points while Cara Wyant and Hope Rainey established new season highs with 12 and 10 points, respectively.

Surpassing 80 points for the second time this season, and seventh time in program history, Haverford (11-1) missed its first shot of the game but made its next nine attempts on the way to a 19-4 advantage after five-plus minutes of action.

The Fords never looked back as they shot over 50 percent from the field and registered 15 steals in the opening 20 minutes of play. Leading 45-12 at the break, Haverford continued to impress on both ends of the floor after intermission with 18 more field goals including 20 points off of 12 second-half turnovers by the Owls (1-6).

The Fords finished with 36 field goals, including nine three-pointers, and a program-record 28 assists as they claimed their 11th straight victory over Bryn Mawr. Pallavi Juneja dished out a career-high 10 assists to go along with nine points while junior Shannon Smith and freshman Clio Bodie, who scored her first collegiate points in the contest, added four assists each.

Ten players tallied a steal in the contest as Haverford finished with a season-high 23. Rainey and Brianna Robbins paced the strong defensive effort with four steals apiece. Wyant and Darby Festa shared team-high rebounding honors with five each while 10 Fords registered two or more rebounds.

Nicolette Parmese led the Owls with 13 points and Veronica Roux grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds.

The Fords return to action on Saturday when they host Dickinson College in a Centennial Conference contest beginning at 1 p.m.
