The Fords opened the contest on a 10-2 run, with Macy Goldbach finishing a layup to give Haverford an eight point cushion with 5:33 left in the opening stanza. Bryn Mawr battled back, cutting the lead to just two in the second quarter as Kara Breeden finished a jumper that made the score 12-10 in favor of Haverford. Goldbach hit a three at 5:47 remaining in the half as the Fords pulled to a nine point advantage at 19-10.

The lead stretched to 35-17 with 14 seconds remaining in the half, as Raina Gully made a layup to close the stanza. Haverford was able to cruise from there, as Goldbach hit back-to-back threes in the third quarter as Haverford went up 41-17 before mixing in a crop of first year players and others seeing extended action for the first time this season.

Sierra Berkel saw her first action of 2017-18, playing eight minutes, adding four rebounds and an assist. First years Julia Coletti, Chloe Juriansz and Nyla Robinson all saw extended minutes, with Juriansz scoring her first career buckets for a four-point night while Robinson added two. In total, the Haverford bench poured in 23 points.

Halena Martin was a standout for the visiting Owls, notching 16 points on 8-19 shooting. Meagan Murray-Bruce had seven rebounds for Bryn Mawr.

Morgan picked up her 200th career collegiate win at the final buzzer, adding 134 wins in 10 seasons at the helm of the Fords to 66 amassed as the head coach of Cabrini. Morgan also had an illustrious high school record before joining the collegiate head coaching ranks with the Cavaliers.

The Fords return to action on Thursday, traveling to Franklin & Marshall for a 7 p.m. tip-off against the Diplomats in Lancaster, Pa. The game will be streamed live via CentennialConference.tv. Haverford has won the last 10 matchups in the series, dating back to the 2012-13 campaign.
