HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College women's soccer team is staying on the national radar as the Fords are receiving votes in this week's D3soccer.com Top 25 Poll. The Fords received 24 voting points in the poll, which is the 29th-highest total among all teams in the country. The D3soccer.com Top 25 poll is voted on by a panel of coaches, sports information directors and media members from across the country.

Haverford (3-0-1) has an unblemished record through its first four games this season. On top of that, the Fords are one of just six teams in the entire NCAA Division III that have not allowed a goal this season. The team's latest victory came via a 3-0 shutout on Walton Field against DeSales this past Saturday.

In net, Robin Chernow has played the most minutes of any goalie at the Division III level without surrendering a goal. The two-time Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Week has gone 394:52 since allowing her last goal in the NCAA Tournament last season.

Offensively, the Fords have been very balanced with five different players scoring the team's six goals this season. Connie Friedman is the only player on the team with two goals this year. A total of eight different players have either scored a goal or recorded an assist in the first four games.

Women's soccer opens its Centennial Conference schedule this weekend on the road with Dickinson. That match will get underway at 3 p.m. Dickinson (5-0) is ranked No. 24 with 56 voting points in the D3soccer.com national poll.
