HAVERFORD, Pa. – Sophomores Kaitlin Reese and Tate Miller will represent Haverford in the College Squash Association (CSA) Individual Championships this weekend in Washington, D.C. Draws for the event were announced on Wednesday evening.

There are four brackets for the CSA Individual Championships. The Pool (men's) and Ramsay (women's) Cups feature players from the top 32 teams in the Dunlop College Squash Team Rankings. The Molloy (men's) and Holleran (women's) Cups have players from the remaining teams in the CSA rankings.

Reese will face off with Maddie O'Connor of Columbia at 12:20 p.m. on Friday in Holleran Cup East Round of 16 action. Reese, a co-captain this season, was 6-6 this year at the top flight and went 3-3 in the second flight. She has a combined 21-16 career record through two seasons at Haverford. O'Connor was the runner up in the Holleran East Division at last season's individual championships and has played primarily at the second flight for the seventh-ranked Lions. The Haverford women finished the season with the No. 30 ranking. The mark is the highest final ranking for the program since the 2008-09 season when the Fords finished 29th.

Miller opens play at 10:20 a.m. against Ziad Sakr of national champion Trinity. Miller went 6-11 at the top flight this season and has a 19-22 career record.

Sakr has compiled a 15-1 record this season and played primarily at No. 6 for the top-ranked Bantams. The Haverford men reached the 10-win plateau for the third time in four seasons in 2018. The Fords will take the No. 28 ranking into the offseason, the best year-end ranking for the Fords since the 2004-05 season when Haverford also finished 28th in the nation.

The round of 16 begins play on Friday and Tournament action continues through the weekend at George Washington as well as the Squash on Fire complex. Live scoring is available on collegesquashassociation.com.
