Women's DMR takes 4th at Tufts

MEDFORD, Mass. - A handful of members of the Haverford College women's track & field team competed on Saturday at the Tufts (University) Cupid Challenge.

The quartet of Clarice Bourland, Erin Seglem, Nora Weathers and Emily Scott finished fourth in the distance medley relay with a time of 12 minutes, 34.28 on the flat track of the Gantcher Center. The Fords' performance ranks third on the Centennial Conference performance list and 22nd nationally.

Haverford gets back into action next Saturday when it hosts the Keogh Invitational. All of the men's and women's squads from the Centennial schools will converge on the The Gary Lutnick Tennis & Track Center in Alumni Field House the following weekend for the conference championship meet on Saturday and Sunday, March 1-2.
