Women's Cross Country Welcomes Back Alumnae

HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College women's cross country program welcomed 13 alumnae back to campus Saturday as the Fords hosted their annual alumnae meet.

A total of 23 runners competed between the alumnae, varsity, and unattached entrants. Nora Weathers '12 was the top overall finisher with a time of 18:07. Seniors Nicole Giannetti and Amelia Keyser-Gibson finished second and third overall in the race to lead the current varsity runners. Unattached runner Carolina Binder and current assistant coach Kate Reese '06 rounded out the top five finishers.

The alumnae who returned to campus and finished the race were: Kate Reese '06, Lina Edelstein '09, Alice Vienneau '12, Sharon Warner '12, Flora Berklein '14, Chelsea Thorsheim '14, Katie Greifeld '15, Kelley Riffenburgh '15, Molly Allen '16, Marie Vastola '16, Nora Weathers '16, Allison Hacker '17.
