Women's Cross Country Hosts Alumnae Open

HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College women's cross country program welcomed back its alumnae to campus Saturday as the Fords hosted their annual alumnae meet.

A total of 20 runners competed between the alumnae and varsity.  Amelia Keyser-Gibson '18 was the top overall finisher in a time of 18:16, while assistant coach Kate Reese '06 was just two seconds behind her pace. The alumnae team had the first three finishers as Kelley Riffenburgh  '15 was third overall. Hannah Doll was the varsity's highest finisher in fourth with a time of 18:37.

The alumnae who returned to campus and finished the race were: Kate Reese '06, Alice Vienneau '12, Kelley Riffenburgh '15, Nicole Giannetti '18, Amelia Keyser-Gibson '18, Alison Love '18, and Katie Sulivan '18.

The varsity squad returns to action next Friday, September 14 for the Main Line Invitational back on the Alumni Cross Country Course.
