Kimberly Taylor joined the Haverford and Bryn Mawr communities in February 2020 and serves as the Bi-College Title IX Coordinator. In this role, she is responsible for College efforts to address issues related to sexual and gender-based misconduct. She coordinates training, education, response, and compliance for students, faculty and staff.  

Before her arrival on campus, Kim spent 19 years at Ursinus College as the Associate Dean of Students and Title IX Coordinator. Her areas of responsibility included campus safety, emergency preparedness, student conduct, prevention and advocacy, and crisis response.  As the College's Title IX Coordinator, Kim developed a campus-wide program to provide support, outreach, and education to the college community.  While at Ursinus, she also held positions including Director of Campus Safety, Assistant Director of Residence Life, and Assistant Softball Coach. 

Kim obtained a B.A. from West Chester University and an M.Ed. in Student Development and College Counseling from the University of Delaware.  A native of Delaware, Kim currently resides in South Jersey with her wife, Deb and rescue vizsla, Sophie.  A die-hard Philadelphia sports fan, Kim's other interests include biking, cooking, listening to an eclectic music collection and most importantly, spending time with family and friends (including the 4-legged kind).
