Fleming joined the Haverford Men’s Lacrosse program after previously serving as an Assistant Coach, Offensive Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, and Goalie Coach at Russell Sage College.

The Hatboro, Pa. native also served as Graduate Resident Director at Russell Sage and as a lacrosse coach at Bucks Select Lacrosse Club. 

Fleming is a 2018 graduate of Misericordia University, where he was a member of the men's lacrosse team from 2014-2018. He helped the squad garner four appearances in the conference championships, while they captured the 2017 MAC Freedom title his junior season. A two-year team captain at Misericorida, Fleming was a four-year starter and 200 point scorer during his collegiate career, having also earned all-conference honors. He capped his career with 215 points, which ranks second all-time and helped the Cougars go 14-2 as a senior.

Fleming holds a BS in Chemistry from Misericordia and a Master’s Degree in Organization Management from Russell Sage College.
