Drew Artin brings over 10 years of coaching experience to the Haverford College men’s lacrosse program as one of the team’s assistant coaches. Joining the Fords for the 2020 season, Artin previously served as the head coach at Pennsbury High School since 2015 where he oversaw the varsity of JV programs. His teams experienced increased success throughout his tenure, headlined by Pennsbury’s 2018 team making its first playoff appearance in six years.

Artin also brings coaching experience to Haverford from his time as the offensive coach for NXT Lacrosse where he additionally coached the NXT Philly Showcase All-Star team. Working with that program, he mentored multiple players who continued their playing careers at the college level (Divisions I-III). Artin additionally served as the Director/Head Coach of Arrowhead Lacrosse LLC for 12 years. His experience at the collegiate level dates back to his time as the Offensive Coordinator at Adams State University in Colorado where Artin helped lead that young program to a school record win total that still stands today.

Graduating from the University of Mississippi in December of 2011, Artin holds a bachelor’s degree in education. He played lacrosse at Mississippi from 2009-11 after transferring from DeSales University. At Ole Miss, he was a two-year captain of the men’s lacrosse program and founded the first youth lacrosse program in the state (Oxford Youth Lacrosse).
