Bill Northcutt serves as the team's Assistant Coach for Quality Control. This role leans on Northcutt's experience to evaluate the program culture, student-athlete experience, and curriculum comprehension.

Northcutt has been associated with Haverford College lacrosse since the 1980 season as an assistant coach and sideline presence. Northcutt began coaching for Dana Swan, the lacrosse team’s founding coach, and continued through every head coach for 30 years. Northcutt returned as a volunteer coach for the 2012 season. Working with head coaches Colin Bathory ’99, Brendan Dawson, and Nick Taylor, Northcutt has continued this coaching streak.

As an athlete himself, Northcutt played football and lacrosse at Lebanon Valley College and Lake Forest College. He graduated with Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University where he majored in anthropology.
