Upon her graduation, Macy Goldbach ’19 returned to the Haverford College women’s basketball team as an assistant coach for the 2019-20 season. Goldbach was a three-time All-Centennial Conference performer for the Fords and was named the Centennial Conference Tournament MVP following Haverford’s 2019 Centennial Conference Championship season. Goldbach helped the Fords to back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances over her final two seasons.

Named the athletic department’s Gregory Kannerstein ’63 Award recipient as a senior, Goldbach served as team captain and was named to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team. Goldbach graduated with a degree in chemistry and was a three-time selection to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll. She was also recognized as an Ambler Scholar-Athlete for having one of the highest cumulative GPAs among senior student-athletes in her graduating class.

Goldbach started 95 of her 100 career appearances and broke the program record with 64 three-pointers made during her first-team All-Centennial Conference campaign as a senior. She graduated from Haverford ranked second all-time in three-pointers made (179) and became the ninth player in program history to eclipse 1,000 career points.
