FORDS FLASHBACK: Women's Lacrosse Beats No. 4 Gettysburg (2015)

Recap | Box Score

Going up against one of the traditional powers in the Centennial Conference, the Haverford College women's lacrosse team changed the narrative in this 2015 showdown as the Fords rallied from an 8-1 deficit to take down the Bullets in double overtime by an 11-10 score. Christina Gould's free position goal in the second overtime session sent the crowd into a frenzy as Gettysburg was defeated by a Centennial Conference foe other than Franklin & Marshall for just the second time since 2002. Diana Perry was electric for the Fords in that contest with seven goals on just eight shots.
