HAVERFORD, Pa. – On Saturday afternoon, the Haverford College women's soccer team invited alumnae to participate in the annual alumni match on Walton Field. In total, 31 alums returned to the field where the alumnae team faced off against the current team in a competitive scrimmage, preparing the team for the rapidly approaching start of the season. 

The alumni match provided a great opportunity for the team not only to practice their soccer skills against former teammates and alums, but also to be mentored by the alumnae in a networking panel that took place before the match began, which focused on giving the athletes insight on how their fields of study can apply in the professional world.

The alumni that returned for the match were Rachel White '22, Alyssa Saito '23, Claire Cywes '23, Kendall Ozorowski '23, Meg Bowen '23, Celia Page '23, Ashley Chun '23, Kylie Reeves '14, MaryAnna Solecki '19, Izzy Gross '19, Hannah Krapes '19, Abby Crowley '19, Alex Alavi '17, Abby Singer '19, Emily Thissen '21, Marina Piccolo '20, Lauren Nguyen '21, Hannah Friedrich '22, Mo Morrison '22, Karlie Pollock '22, Julie Rebh '22, Elle Ferreira '22, Gabby Cipriano '22, Kendall Logan '18, Anna Dekle '18, Taylor Cross '18, Katie Van Aken '12, Grace Mathis '19, Sydney West '19, Jackie Corbin '22, and Kelly Brown '19

The Fords were picked seventh in the Centennial Conference preseason poll. Regular season action begins on September 1 with the annual Haverford Kick Off Classic matchup with Arcadia.
