NEW YORK, N.Y. - The Haverford College women's indoor track & field team traveled to the world famous Armory in New York City for the TCNJ Indoor Invitational Saturday evening. Several athletes competed in deep fields to open up the 2023 part of the schedule.

Katie Hirsche posted a top ten finish in the 3,000 meters, crossing the finish line in ninth with a time of 10:36.53. The sophomore's time ranks as her third-best time at that distance indoors Krysta Nichols also competed, finishing the event in 11:54.45.

For the sprinters, Jahsaiah Moses kicked off her senior season in the seeded heats of the 60-meter dash. Moses clocked a 8.25, good enough for 21st out of 43 runners. Rachel November was the lone athlete for the Fords in the 400 meters, running 1:07.15, two seconds off her personal best. In the 300 meters, Olivia D'Aulerio posted a time of 41.72 to finish fourth in that field.

Three athletes competed in the mile run for Haverford. Jessie Hausman was the top finisher amongst the three, running 6:02.36. Sophia Furman and Audrey Carter were next behind her in 6:05.59 and 6:06.36,  respectively.

The Fords will next return to action on Saturday, January 21 for the Collegeville Classic, hosted by Ursinus.
