Marisa Antinori Tabbed for CC All-Sportsmanship Team

Centennial Conference release

HAVERFORD, Pa. – Marisa Antinori of the Haverford College women's indoor and outdoor track & field teams has been named to the Centennial Conference All-Sportsmanship Team. The team features one student-athlete from each institution as selected by their head coaches.

Sportsmanship is one of the pillars of NCAA Division III and the Centennial Conference. The Centennial Conference All-Sportsmanship Teams recognize student-athletes who exemplify the fundamental values of respect, fairness, civility, honesty, and responsibility both on and off the field or playing surface.

Antinori's most recent accolade marks the second straight outdoor season in which she has represented the Fords on the Centennial Conference All-Sportsmanship Team. She capped her decorated career for the Fords as a sprinter and jumper who also excelled in the relays. A three-year team captain, Antinori was a six-time selection to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll, earning those academic honors during each of her eligible seasons during both the indoor and outdoor track seasons.

Haverford's senior leader led the Fords' relays to a pair of bronze medals at the conference championships throughout her career. Her most recent medal came during the indoor championships when she was a part of the 4x200 relay. She also helped Haverford to a third-place finish in the 4x100 relay at the 2019 Centennial Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships.  Antinori graduates from Haverford ranked fourth in program history in the 60 meter dash indoors. Her bronze medal from the 2019 season helped make that Haverford relay the fifth-fastest 4x100 in program history. She also became the sixth-most prolific long jumper for the Fords during the course of her career.
