 Megan Tustin was hired as Haverford’s Director of Athletic Facilities and Gameday Operations in July of 2021. She joined the Fords from Arcadia University where she started as an Athletics Facilities Assistant before earning promotion to Coordinator of Athletic Facilities and Events in July of 2017. 

In her position at Haverford, Tustin will be responsible for overseeing the operation of all Haverford College's athletic facilities which includes maintenance and scheduling. She will also be directly responsible for game day management procedures including hiring and supervising student workers, communicating with visiting teams and game officials, serving as a game day administrator, and duties as the primary liaison to Haverford’s Facilities Management staff. 

At Arcadia, Tustin was instrumental in the daily management and organization of athletic facilities and operations, including responsibilities in the same areas of focus that she will oversee in this position, including game day management, scheduling of team practices, working with the College’s facilities department, and handling larger-scale events and rental requests from student organizations. 

Tustin also brings a bevy of experience with large events, as she served as Assistant Tournament Director for the NCAA Division III Field Hockey Championships in Lancaster in both 2018 and 2019 and was the Tournament Manager for the 2018 NCAA Division III Baseball Regional in York, Pa. She also assisted at the MAC Swimming Championships in both 2018 and 2019. Tustin is a member of Women Leaders in College Sports and participated in the NCAA Emerging Leaders program in 2018. 

A South Jersey native, Tustin graduated from Cabrini University in the Spring of 2015 with a degree in Marketing and minors in Sport Management and Finance. During her time as an undergraduate, she was a member of the Cavaliers swimming program, served as an Operations Intern in the athletic department, and was a Peer Mentor to first-year students on campus.
