Elena Veale '18 joins the Haverford College field hockey coaching staff for the 2021 campaign. 

A second-team All-Centennial Conference selection for the Fords in 2015, Veale is tied for eighth in Haverford program history in goals (28) and is within the top 15 in program history for career points and minutes played. During her illustrious career at Haverford, Veale was twice-named Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week, and earned selection to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Academic Squad on two occasions. 

Veale currently works at The Vanguard Group as a Flagship Client Service Specialist and sits on the Board of Directors for the STRIVE: How You Lead Matters leadership program. 

A native of Wilmington, Del., Veale graduated from Haverford with a degree in English in May of 2018.
