HAVERFORD, Pa. - Haverford sophomore midfielder Alex Millones was recognized for kickstarting a 2-0 week for the Fords, earning Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week honors for the first time in his career. 

Millones was instrumental in both victories, notching three goals and one assist in the triumphs over Arcadia and Dickinson. The sophomore began the week by scoring the opening goal and delivering a perfect through ball to set up Paul-Andre Coulibaly for the overtime game-winner against Arcadia on Wednesday. 

In the Centennial opener vs. Dickinson, Millones scored twice, including the game-winner, in a 3-1 win in Carlisle.The Portland, Maine product currently sits in fourth in the Centennial with four goals and nine points on the young season. 

Millones and Haverford will trek to Stockton for a 7 p.m. kickoff tonight in an excursion from conference play. The Fords then ramp up the Centennial Conference season, hosting No. 22 Johns Hopkins in a 3 p.m. showdown at Walton Field on Saturday.
