Tiffany Mikulis Adds IWLCA All-America Honors

Full IWLCA Release

HAVERFORD, Pa. - Haverford College sophomore midfielder Tiffany Mikulis (Hopkinton, Mass.) has added yet another accolade to her impressive resume as she was named a 2023 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Association (IWLCA) All-American on Wednesday afternoon.  The IWLCA  named 57 student-athletes who were selected for one of the 2023 Division III All-American teams – honorees are divided into first, second, and third teams. This group of IWLCA All-Americans represent 29 different institutions and are the best athletes in women's lacrosse his year.

Mikulis earned inclusion on the second-team, the second straight season a Haverford midfielder has earned that designation after midfielder Roma Hladky '22 picked up second-team honors a season ago. Prior to Hladky's award, the Fords had not placed a student-athlete on the IWLCA second-team or higher since the 2000 season when Lindsey Carey earned the honors.

Mikulis was a force to be reckoned with in 2023, as she became Haverford's single-season draw control leader (91) and ranked within the top five in the Centennial Conference for goals (63), points (74), ground balls (47), shots on goal (82), and free-position goals (13). Previously this month, Mikulis was named to third-team USA Lacrosse Magazine All-America honors.

Haverford finished its season with a 12-6 record, again reaching the Centennial Conference semifinals, rematching with Franklin & Marshall for the third consecutive season.
