Three Earn All-CC Honorable Mention for Women's Soccer

Full Centennial Conference Release

HAVERFORD, Pa. - The 2021 Haverford College women's soccer team was represented by three honorable mention All-Centennial Conference selections, the conference office announced in a release on Thursday morning. Junior Celia Page picked up her second consecutive Centennial Conference honor, while classmate Alyssa Saito and senior Julie Rebh each earned All-Centennial recognition for the first time in their careers.

Page, a native of nearby Wynnewood, Pa. was a standout offensively all season long for the Fords, logging a team-high five goals and four assists on the season (14 points), including a pair of game-winning tallies. Page earns her second All-CC award as she was also named an honorable mention selection following her rookie campaign in 2019. A CoSIDA Academic All-District selection in 2020, Page is currently sixth in Haverford history for points per game (1.06) and eighth in goals per contest (0.42). Her 15 career goals is already 16th-most in Haverford history.

Saito, of Chadds Ford, Pa. had a breakout junior campaign in 2021, appearing in 17 games and logging a pair of goals. She notched the game-winner against Eastern (Sept. 15) and the overtime PK to send Haverford to a win over rival Swarthmore (Oct. 30), in addition to a team-high five assists. She rocketed 11 shots in total, including seven on frame, and had an assist on key tallies against Muhlenberg (Oct. 2) and Gettysburg (Oct. 23).

Rebh anchored a Haverford backline that allowed just 0.79 goals per game and registered nine shutouts on the season. A Churchville, Pa. product, Rebh took a huge step forward from her sophomore campaign in 2019, logging 15 starts and helping the Fords down the stretch in key conference wins at Gettysburg (Oct. 23) and Swarthmore (Oct. 30) as Haverford owned the fifth-best GAA in the Centennial.

Additionally, senior Moorea Morrison was named to the Centennial Conference's All-Sportsmanship team in her final season with Haverford. Morrison, also a Centennial Conference Honor Roll recipient, saw time in five matches for the Fords, including the wins over Immaculata (Sept. 2), Muhlenberg (Oct. 2), and Swarthmore (Oct. 30).

The Fords finished the 2021-22 campaign with an 8-7-2 record, including a 5-4-1 mark in CC play. All-Region honors from the United Soccer Coaches are now expected to be announced later this month.
