Claire Bash joined the Haverford women’s soccer coaching staff prior to the 2021 season. A two-year captain and four-year starting defensive center midfielder for Division III St. Olaf College, Bash was a three-time Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) all-conference player for the Oles, and was named to the 2018 United Soccer Coaches first-team All-North Region. 

Bash also has playing experience in the Women’s Premier Soccer League, starting at center back for the Fire SC 98 in St. Paul, Minnesota during the 2019 season. Her coaching experience includes a stint as a U14 assistant with the Orono Westonka Soccer Club in the Minneapolis area during the summer of 2019. 

Bash graduated from St. Olaf in May of 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Exercise Science with a Concentration in Neuroscience. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health and a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies in a dual degree program at Arcadia University in Glenside, Pa., with an expected graduation date of May 2024.
