HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College athletic department led the way with 118 student-athletes named to the Centennial Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll. A total of 696 student-athletes were honored by the conference in total, giving Haverford nearly 20 percent of the honorees across the 11 school conference. The academic honor roll recognizes sophomores, juniors, and seniors who have a 3.40 cumulative grade point average or higher.
Men's lacrosse (22 honorees), women's lacrosse (14 honorees), and women's tennis (eight honorees) all led the Centennial Conference in their respective sports. Men's tennis (nine honorees), men's outdoor track & field (22 honorees), baseball (15 honorees), and softball (seven honorees) ranked second while women's outdoor track & field (22 honorees) was third among its conference peers in spite of several larger rosters throughout the conference.
Of those student-athletes who were named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll, 26 were also represented on their All-Centennial Conference teams to give the Fords a very sizeable portion of the conference's 129 total student-athletes who were named to the Academic All-Centennial Conference Team. That group included 2019 Centennial Conference Performers of the Year Josh Moskovitz (men's tennis), Graham Peet (men's outdoor track & field), and Will Karp (baseball gold glove).
