HAVERFORD, Pa. - The Haverford College baseball team will travel to Misericordia University to play in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional playoffs. Seeded fourth, the Fords (27-12) will take on No. 5 UMass Boston (28-14) in the first round of the double elimination tournament.

Tournament play will run from Wednesday, May 18 to Sunday, May 22 with the winner advancing to the NCAA Championship.

This will be Haverford's third appearance in NCAA Regionals, with all three coming under head coach Dave Beccaria. The Fords have won their last seven games, including a sweep of the Centennial Conference Tournament.
