The Haverford College cricket team bounced back to trounce a highly experienced Australians side by 16 runs in its final game of the Philadelphia International Cricket Festival.
In the first game of the spring season, the Haverford College cricket team showed its full potential as it trounced over Merion in an incredibly close and thrilling game.
Over 200 student-athletes across multiple varsity teams took part in the 27th annual Special Olympics Pennsylvania Festival at Villanova this past weekend.
"Haverford felt like a very natural fit for me when I first visited the school. The small size and intimate nature of the classes were very appealing to me. The academic departments were all top-class."
The Haverford College cricket team's match vs. the Philadelphia Cricket Club on Sept. 26 has been cancelled because of Pope Francis' visit to Philadelphia on the weekend of Sept. 26-27.
