Recap | Box Score

The Haverford College field hockey team has been a consistent presence in the Centennial Conference Tournament with seven playoff appearances since head coach Jackie Cox took over the Fords. The 2016 season saw the Fords punch their postseason ticket under the Wednesday night lights of Swan Field with a 1-0 victory against Washington College. Elena Veale '18 provided the game-winning goal in what was the Fords' first double overtime game in over 10 years. NFHCA all-region defender Natalie Leslie '17 also came up with a huge defensive save just prior to Veale's game winner while All-CC goalie Danielle Rette made 11 saves during her shutout effort.
