WEDNESDAY UPDATE: Fencing canceled for the weekend

HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College men's and women's fencing teams have announced that Saturday's Tri-Co Invitational and Holiday Invitational have been canceled.

The men's and women's teams both won this invitational a year ago. The men beat both Swarthmore and Drexel by 24-3 scores as part of the Haverford Holiday Invitational. Competing in the Tri-Co Invitational, the women blanked the rival Garnet by a 27-0 score and were 20-7 winners against neighbor Bryn Mawr.

The Fords will now step away from competition during the winter break. Haverford will start the spring semester schedule on Sunday, January 15 at the Penn State Invitational.
