Signature Wins: The Haverford College men's soccer team went unbeaten and untied for over two months, spanning September 19 through November 21, with a program-record 16 game winning streak. During that stretch, the Fords captured a Centennial Conference Championship on Walton Field and made their deepest run in the NCAA Tournament in program history.

Over the course of season, both Sam Yarosh and Will Corkery tied the College's single season record with seven game-winning goals. Corkery became the first to break the school record when his direct kick from just outside of the 18 was the lone tally in the Fords' Centennial Conference Championship win over Dickinson. After earning a first round bye in the NCAA Tournament with a number one overall seed, Yarosh put his team up a goal in the eventual 2-1 victory against Washington and Lee with Max Krieg providing the eventual game-winning tally.

Yarosh tied Corkery's record with his seventh game-winning goal just 4:55 into game action during the third round matchup against St. Lawrence. His fellow senior, Brady Seitz, added the insurance tally later in the first half as Haverford advanced to the elite eight for the first time in program history.

Looking ahead: The Fords return eight starters from the winningest team in program history. The Fords graduate three first-team All-Centennial Conference performers from this past season (Brady Seitz, Colin Seitz, and Sam Yarosh). Along with fellow senior Ian Alers, this group combined for 52 victories during their four-year careers, just one short of the program record set by the Class of 1993 that won 53 games during the 1989 through 1992 seasons. Headlining the returners to the 2016 season are four all-conference performers from this championship season: Will Corkery (first team), Maclyn Willigan (second team), Sam Miller (honorable mention), and Tejan Walcott (honorable mention).
