HAVERFORD, PA. -- The Haverford College men's indoor track and field team has been ranked No. 22 in the seventh weekly U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division III Indoor Track and Field computer rankings.

In this week's poll, the Fords collected 40.92 points. Haverford has been ranked inside the top 25 all season. It began the season as the No. 16 team and peaked at No. 10 three weeks ago.

The men's track and field team finished second at the Centennial Conference Championship two weeks ago and were not in action last week other than at the Tufts Qualifiers.

Haverford senior Charlie Marquardt (mile run) and the distance medley team are both set to compete at the NCAA Championship this weekend in Grinell, Iowa. Marquardt ran the fifth fastest mile in Division III history at the FastTrack National Invite in February. At the Keogh Invitational, Haverford's medley team (Henry Woods, Jonathan Yellets, Liam Lynch, and Marquardt) finished with a season-best final time of 10:00.32.
