Men's Cross Country Sets 2023 Schedule

HAVERFORD, Pa. - The Haverford Men's Cross Country team will host a trio of home meets as part of the 2023 slate, as the fall schedule was announced Friday.

The Fords will host a total of three home meets at the Alumni Cross Country Course this season, with the Alumni Open race taking place on Saturday, September 9 to kick off that home slate. 

The Main Line Invitational marks its return to campus on Friday, September 15, welcoming in teams from throughout the area to Haverford's home course for the annual unofficial kickoff to the season. 

The Paul Short Run at Lehigh University (Sept. 30), a meet widely considered the largest and most prestigious on the Eastern Seaboard serves as an early season test before the 2023 NCAA Pre-Nationals Invitational, hosted by Dickinson at Big Spring High School in Newville, Pa on October 7. 

The next competition on the docket is the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle (Oct. 14), as the Fords head to South Jersey to run against some of the top teams in the area. A late-season home meet, the Haverford Invitational is set for October 26, before the Centennial Conference Championships at McDaniel on October 28.

The NCAA Metro Region Championships return to the Rowan course at the DREAM Park in Logan Township, N.J. on November 11. The NCAA Championships are slated for Big Spring High School in Newville, Pa. as Dickinson hosts the national meet.
