Haverford travels to Dickinson (Jan. 7) and hosts Gettysburg (Jan. 10) ahead of a trip to McDaniel (Jan. 12). A Saturday showdown with Johns Hopkins (Jan. 14) precedes a non-conference home game against Immaculata (Jan. 16). The first Hood Cup contest against Swarthmore is slated for January 18. The month concludes with road contests at Franklin & Marshall (Jan. 21) and Ursinus (Jan. 26) and home games with Bryn Mawr (Jan. 24) and Dickinson (Jan. 28).

Under the direction of ninth-year Head Coach Bobbi Morgan, the Fords will be looking to reach the Centennial Conference Tournament for a program-record sixth consecutive season in 2016-17. After a 15 win season in which the Fords finished fifth in the nation in opponent field goal percentage.

Haverford will return four of its five starters and its entire bench as the team loses only one graduating senior in Olivia Walsh. The team's leading scorer, Sierra Berkel (11.1 ppg), and third-leading scorer, Samantha Wetzel (9.5 ppg), All-Centennial Conference selections in 2016, will look to anchor the offense to postseason success.
