Perry Named to IWLCA All-Region First Team

HAVERFORD, Pa. - Senior Diana Perry picked up another accolade as she was named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-Metro Region first team for the second consecutive season.

Perry was also named to the All-Metro second team during her sophomore campaign. 

This season, the senior became just the 15th player in Centennial Conference history to be named All-Centennial Conference first team three times. She finished with 53 goals, third most in the conference. Perry's all-around game was on full display this season as she was fourth among conference foes in free-position goals, tied for third in caused turnovers and tied for seventh in ground balls.

The three-time All-Centennial Conference first team member ends her career first in program history in draw controls (167), first in free-position goals (46), tied for first in games played, third in goals (179), third in game-winning goals (eight), and fifth in points (193).

The IWLCA recognized 256 regional performers overall from Division III including 32 from the Metro Region. The student-athletes are now eligible for inclusion on the IWLCA All-American teams which will be announced on May 18.
