A snow storm in the middle of April is certainly not the norm for the area but the Haverford College women's lacrosse team overcame those conditions during this 2016 classic on Swan Field against No. 20 Dickinson. The blizzard like conditions forced the second half to be shortened to just 18 minutes to meet the minimum amount of playing time. Nevertheless, that left more than enough opportunities for Elyse Adler '16 to record a hat trick during the 8-7 victory. Megan Chenworth '16 also came up with eight huge saves. Ultimately, it was Molly Lausten '18 who put the finishing touches on the victory as her goal with 58 seconds remaining in regulation proved to be the game-winner with the window of opportunity to complete the game quickly approaching.
