Assistant coach Rachel Glass enters her fifth year as an assistant coach during the 2015 season. As a collegiate player, Glass played four years for Arcadia University and is in the team's record book for most assists.

While attending Arcadia, Glass also worked on the coaching sideline as the junior varsity volleyball coach at Springside School in Philadelphia from 2007-09.

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Arcadia in 2009, Glass went on to study at West Chester University where, in 2010, she earned a Master's of Public Administration in sport management and athletics. During her advanced degree work, Glass interned at Cabrini College, Arcadia and Plymouth Whitemarsh High School.
