Why did you choose Haverford?
My decision to come to Haverford was relatively easy. I wanted to
go to a place where I could grow as a person and where ideas
precede conventionality. So I was mostly interested in liberal arts
schools.
How the Haverford experience is unique?
The close-knit relationship in Haverford with professors, staffs,
administrators and students is truly the cornerstone of my
experience here. Where else would you get a chance to work with a
professor one to one in a project where only graduate students at a
top school get a chance to work? This summer has precisely been
that. I was thrilled to work with Professor Gosh helping him expand
his theoretical macroeconomic model on current account and exchange
rate.
Favorite place to hang out on campus?
Many: some of them are Coop Lounge, Lunt Café and Lounge,
CPGC Café.
What advice would you give a high school student
considering Haverford?
If you like close knit academic and athletic atmosphere, then
nothing can beat Haverford.
