HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College women's soccer team is once again receiving votes in the D3Soccer.com national poll after the Fords went 1-0-1 during the past week to hold their fourth place position in the Centennial Conference.

Haverford (9-3-3, 3-2-2 CC) started last week with a 7-0 win against Bryn Mawr as seven different players scored for the Fords. Fourteen different players have now scored a goal during the 2016 season, while 16 players in total have either recorded a goal or an assist. Haverford capped the week with a tie against then-No. 23 McDaniel – a previously unbeaten and untied team in conference play entering that match.

The Fords are currently in fourth place in the Centennial Conference standings and are looking for a trip back to the conference playoffs for the first time since the 2013 NCAA Tournament team. Haverford closes the regular season with trips to Washington College (Wednesday, 7 p.m.) and Swarthmore (Saturday, 7 p.m.).

In addition to the national polls released this week, the NCAA will release its second regional rankings on Wednesday. The Fords were No. 8 in the first regional ranking poll that was released last week.
