19.46.70 in the 5,000 at the Widener Invitational (4/16-17) and
5:13.57 in the 1,500 at the Lions Invitational (4/24).
2008-09: Finished 37th
(6:12.70) in the mile run at the Ursinus Invitational (1/23).
