HAVERFORD, Pa. - A handful of members of the Haverford College women's indoor track team opened the season Saturday afternoon at the Jack Pyrah Invitational hosted by Villanova University at Alumni Field House.

Senior Cara Keifer finished in third in the mile with a personal-best time of 5 minutes, 27.91 seconds. Senior Rachael Potter followed in fourth in 5:38.99.

Also recording a personal best on Saturday was sophomore Charlotte Lellman who finished fifth in the 3,000 meter run in 10:50.38.

The Fords return to action on December 15 as they host the Haverford Holiday Meet at Alumni Field House. The day's events begin at noon.
