HAVERFORD, Pa. - The Haverford College women's indoor track & field team impressed on Saturday inside Alumni Field House, in its last meet before next weekend's Centennial Conference Championships. The Keogh Invitational served as an opportunity to solidify conference qualifiers and finalize positions on the conference performance list.

Three Fords competed in the mile, with all of them walking away with personal bests. A debutante, Dominique Monroy, made her first appearance in the mile this season and has a lot to be pleased with. Monroy finished the best out of the bunch with a personal best time of 5:40.48, good enough for third place. The sophomore showed what it's like to run an even race and close fast, as she ran her final 200 meters in 40.49, her fastest split of the race. Krysta Nichols crossed the line in 5:49.86, while Hedy Goodman was the final personal best in the event, running 6:04.98.

In the 60-meter dash, Shahla Mukhtar crossed the line in 9.16, which was good enough for a personal best in the event. Mukhtar finished sixth overall.

Isabel Thornberry led a group of five Fords in the 800-meter run. Thornberry finished fourth in the event with a time of 2:25.60. Her time was good enough for a season-best in the distance. Annemarie Wood finished in fifth behind Thornberry, running 2:38.15. Also competing in the race on Saturday were Jessie Hausman (2:42.57), Audrey Carter (2:47.86), and Sophia Furman (2:48.00).

Olivia D'Aulerio finished first in the 200-meter dash with a winning time of 26.38. With that time she moved up to fourth on Haverford's all-time list, surpassing Taylor Murphy '19's time of 26.43. Jahsaiah Moses sits sixth on the list and logged a 26.63 for second place, 0.08 off her personal best. Rachel November put down a solid time of 29.19 for seventh place while Mukhtar (29.27) and Alice Creed (29.91) finished eighth and ninth, respectively.

Sarah Wilcher once again had a solid performance in the circle, throwing 10.72m (35 feet, 2 inches) in the shot put. Wilcher's toss was good enough for sixth place while Sydney Cummings finished right behind her in seventh place, throwing 10.28m (33 feet, 8.75 inches).

In the weight throw, Wilcher tossed 12.82m (42 feet, 0.75 inches) for third place and a personal best. It comes at a great time too, as her previous best was 11.19 meters. Peeking at the right time, Wilcher sits firmly in seventh place on the Centennial Conference performance list. Cummings threw a personal best 12.58m (41 feet, 3.25 inches) to finish in fourth, as she sits twelfth on the list.

The usual foursome lined up for the Fords in the 4x400 meter relay. The team of D'Aulerio, Moses, November, and Thornberry ran a season-best time of 4:09.16. The time was good enough to move them up to third on the Centennial Conference performance list.

The time has now come for the Fords as they look ahead to the Centennial Conference Championships. The two-day championships are set for February 25-26 at Franklin and Marshall and Haverford will take a majority of their team to compete for gold medals across multiple events.
