HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College Men's and Women's track & field teams have released their 2024 outdoor schedules.

The Men's track team will be competing in seven regular season meets, while the Women's team will be competing in eight regular season contests.

The 2024 Men's Spring Track and Field Schedule will be a significant one, as new head coach Matt Cohen will take the reins for his first spring season. The coaching change will mark the first change in 49 years for Haverford, as Cohen replaces the legendary Tom Donelly.

On the Women's side, Annick Lamar enters year two for the Fords, after a tremendous first season at the helm where she produced nine USTFCCCA all-region members, a Centennial Conference Rookie of the Year winner in Olivia D'Aulerio, and oversaw Kayla Robinson who was selected for the NCAA Championships.

The Women's track & field team kicks off the spring season heading to the campus of Monmouth University to compete in the Monmouth Track & Field Opener event March 22 and 23.

Both the Men's and Women's track & field teams will then embark on the journey to Chester, Pa. together, as they both will compete in the Danny Curran Meet on March 29 and 30, at Widener University.

Then, it's a trip to Collegeville, Pa., as both squads will compete in the Ursinus Outdoor Invitational on April 5 and 6.

A week later, the track & field teams travel up to Princeton, N.J. for the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 12 at 5 p.m., before heading to West Chester, Pa. for the Bill Butler Invite on April 13 at 10 a.m.

Widener University hosts both Haverford track and field squads yet again, for the Widener Invitational with a 5 p.m. start on April 19, and a 10 a.m. start time on April 20.

Monday, April 22 marks the first and only home meet for the Haverford track and field teams, as the Haverford Tri-Meet is slated to begin at 3:30 p.m. The competition will also serve as the official Play with Pride Meet for 2024.

On April 25, the Men's track and field team will enter historic Franklin Field, as they will compete in the 2024 Penn Relays through April 27. The Women's team will join the men's team and compete in the Penn Relays April 26, before possibly entering another track and field meet on April 27.

The campus of Muhlenberg College located in Allentown Pa., will be the site of the 2024 Centennial Conference Championships as both teams will compete from May 3 to May 5.

After a small break in the action, the last chance qualifying meet will take place for both squads at Widener for the official Widener Last Chance Meet on May 13.

The official conclusion of the men's and women's track seasons will occur at the NCAA Division III Championships on May 23-26 for the Men's team, and May 23-25 for the Women's team. The Championships will be hosted by Coastal Carolina in Myrtle Beach, S.C. and will take place at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium.
