Haverford College Athletics

  • Seventy-six student athletes were named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll.
  • Four teams qualified for their respective Centennial Conference Championship: baseball, men’s lacrosse, women’s lacrosse, and women’s tennis. 

Baseball

  • Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll- (Mike Bozzi, Louis DeRosa, Mike Galetta, Bryan Henrick, Dan Hochberg, Jake Kaden, Adam Lewis, Stefan Pappius-Lefebvre and Jonny Williams.)

Men’s Lacrosse

  • Won its first Centennial Conference championship and its first ever NCAA tournament game, advancing to the quarterfinal round.  
  • Class of 2010 graduated with a 44-21 (.677) four-year record departing as the winningest class in the history of the program.  
  • United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Division III All-America Team – (Firestone, Gregory, Hjelm) 
  • Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll- (Zack Cohen, Travis Gregory, Dillon Hamill, Robert Breckinridge, Jordan Daniels, Matt Dooley, Brian Fleishhacker, Henry Lanier, David Lawrence, Jason Leeds and Matt Starke.)

Women’s Lacrosse

  • Women’s lacrosse won 13 games which set a single-season program record and qualified for the Centennial Conference tournament for the first time in program history, defeating Dickinson to advance to the semifinals.

  • Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll- (Liz Mayell, Nora Proops and Jen )

  • Team named to the USTFCCCA 2010 Division III All-Academic Teams; the team had the fourth-highest grade point average in the nation.
